Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Harper’s Equestrian Life through harpersequestrianlife.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


1. About Us

This website is operated by Harper’s Equestrian Life. We are based in the UK and sell made-to-order merchandise inspired by our YouTube channel. Our products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Inkthreadable.


2. Products

All items available on this website are made to order. This means your item is only printed and produced after your order is placed. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be minor differences in colour or positioning due to printing and garment variations.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.


4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
We accept payment via debit/credit card or PayPal through our secure checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.


5. Production & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Inkthreadable, a UK-based print-on-demand provider. They handle all printing, packing and dispatch.

Production time: 3–5 working days
Delivery time (UK): 1–4 working days after dispatch
Delivery time (International): 7–21 working days (varies by country)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


6. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking is provided by the courier used (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or USPS).


7. Cancellations

Because products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, production may begin, and cancellation is not guaranteed.


8. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing, as all products are made to order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@harpersequestrianlife.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

All returns or replacements must be approved in advance.


9. Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time:

  • UK: Please wait up to 10 working days
  • International: Please wait up to 30 days

If the parcel is still missing, contact hello@harpersequestrianlife.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. Missing orders must be reported within 60 days of dispatch to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


10. Copyright & Designs

All content, product designs, and branding on this website are the property of Harper’s Equestrian Life and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

By placing an order, you agree not to reproduce or sell any merchandise or designs without our consent.


11. Legal

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
